[IRCA] WIRL-1290 DX test

Heard well on frequent peaks with Classic Country, slo-speed code, and IDs, both for the test and the regular drop-ins after songs.? WHIO Dayton, WNBF Binghamton, "Unforgettable KIVY" Crockett, TX (first time in 21 years) were also in the mix, along with an unID with black preacher.? 

I've had the other three Peorias (1020, 1350 and 1470) in the log for the past 35 years, and am mighty pleased to finally hear this one - thanks to all who made it possible!
