[IRCA] Friday night TAs in NE Oregon

I first checked for TA reception at 0218 utc, and 183 was already at
poor/weak level, followed by 189 poor/weak. 1134 poor at 0251 utc. Around
0315 LWBC took a sudden increase in propagation. 153, 162, 171, 177, 183 (up
to medium level for short periods), 198, 216, 225 had audio. 1215 with brief
fadeups to poor/weak level at 0334. At 0400 things are much poorer again,
with only 183 and 189 poor/weak audio.
