Paul,

I heard this second hand from an engineer I know, that I do not want to
mention their name. I think it is in regard to the QRM to the upstate NY
station on 1040. But I have not heard it directly. So that is why I
stated it as I did. There might be some valid points that I know nothing
about too.
But I do know there have been stations that run IBOC that have not given
in to interference complaints too.
