This is a short report -- longer one to follow after I listen
to just under 3 hours of Sony MD

Jordan River was amazing -- weather and radio (full report on the IRCA list)
The rain and wind skipped right over us -- the reception did not:

October 6 - Saturday Morning: fair audio (mostly EE) on at least 40 frequencies
531 - EE, sometimes 2 or 3 deep, 549, 558, 594, 603, 612 one of the best,
639 Island music on most passes, 657, 666, 675, 702, 738 EE // to 774 at times,
756, 765, 774 (EE o/ top of JJ), 792, 828, 855 jumble and rumble, 891 Lang most
of the time -- Thailand?, 960 - 980 a mess of IBOC, 1017 Tonga all weekend,
1026, 1035, 1044, 1098 Huge, Huge, Huge open carrier up to 35 minutes past
sunrise -- Marshall Islands programming end at 1100UTC, 1107, 1125, 1134 (EE),
1143, 1242, 1386 Hindi, 1503, 1512, 1548 (EE), 1566 KK, 1575..

October 7 Sunday morning - largely DU event:
531 2 EE stations fighting it out, 540 "CBC Vancouver ID -- assume Ucluelet,
558, 567, 576 EE, 585 EE, 594, 603, 612 EE, 639 Fiji, 666, 675, 702 EE, 738 EE,
747, 756, 765, 774 (EE), 783, 792 EE Huge, 801, 828, 855, 873, 882, 891 2 deep,
918, 963 RR, 972 (KK), 1008, 1017 Tonga, 1026, 1053, 1098 Huge carrier,
1116 2 deep, 1134 EE, 1287 JJ, 1386 Hindi, 1422, 1503, 1512, 1548,

October 8 Monday morning - least exciting morning

531 EE talk 2 deep w/ "Oh Yoko" by John Lennon, good carriers
but muddy audio on 558, 567, 576, 585, 594 JJ, 612 EE Aus to good levels,
639 Island music to good levels, 738 EE, 774 JJ, 792 EE, 828 EE over NHK,
891 Lang to good levels, 972 KK at good levels, 1116 EE, 1134 EE, 1287 X2,
1386, 1503 ee w/ shania twain, 1575
