[IRCA] KHHO OUT OF WHACK

Puget Sounders and others, KHHO has had a buzz-saw sound on its first  
adjacents (840 & 860) today and tonight, replacing the usual white  
noise. This buzz-saw sound is also quite obvious on the main carrier.  
It extends to 825 and 875. Also, its the weekend again, and as  
frequently seems to happen, KYIZ-1620 seems to be on 10kw tonight.  
It's hard to tell if the 1610-1630 splatter is IBOC white noise or is  
just part of aggressive signal processing, but whatever it is, it is  
wiping out those two channels.
