[IRCA] TP's for 10-05-07

 Listened from 1200-1416 ut.  Some Chinese stations in this morning.
Weak audio with talk and music on 638 kHz at sunrise.  Noticed this signal while tuning the R-390 A.  Anyone pick this signal up on a scan?  

153            Russia, 1212 fair with Russian talk.

180            Russia, 1212 weak with Russian talk.

279            Russia, 1258 weak with music. Fair 1329 with music.

594            Japan, JOAK 1346 fair with man in Japanese.

638            ? Weak Asian talk 1405-1411.  First noticed while tuning
                  the R-390 A, same signal on other two receivers.  program
                  similiar to what PDR Korea broadcasts. Faded before 
                  carrier on 639.

657            PDR Korea, 1331 fair with Asian language by woman.

666            Japan, JOBK 1333 fair with Japanese. 

693            Japan, JOAB 1400 Good with splatter with English lessons.

774            Japan, JOUB 1300 weak with pips. Fair 1310.

828           Japan, JOBB 1227 weak. Good 1311. S-9+30 db 1341.

837           ?  Weak audio.

873           Japan, JOGB 1350 weak with man/woman in Japanese.

1017         China? 1230 NW Ewe. Weak, Asian lanugage.  Still weak
                 at 1316.

1206         China? believed to be the station battle KEX's iboc hash.

1215          China,  1238 weak woman in Chinese // 3995. Fair at
                  1245. New station here. 

1287          Japan, JOHR 1353 weak with man in Japanese.

1566         Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1255 fair with weak audio in 
                 Japanese.

1575         Thailand, VOA 1356 weak Asian language.
