[IRCA] TP's for 10-4

Good morning
 
Listened from 1245-1330 UT and it was a lot better than than it was yesterday.  Yesterday I only heard one audio JOAK-594 and only 4 carriers.  Today it was a lot different with audio on 594, 666, 693 774 and 828.  Lots of carriers but all of them were below 828.
