It grabs 100khz chunks of spectrum and allows you to listen to it later --
any mode and any frequency within that block of spectrum -
Like tuning the radio in the past...
Or like a VCR - instead of recording ONE program, it records EVERYTHING in that 100khz

The sound card in the PC provides the audio and
the open source SpectraVue does the demodulation.
