Patrick,
Ah, but yes, you DO need to be trained to submit unIDed Filipinos to
me.
Even though there may not be an ID embedded in what you heard, at
least send a copy of your clip so I can hear the Philippine dialect
(actually, language) used so as to get a better idea of which one
you heard.
