Hi Neil

You've helped me out several times in the past and I
really appreciate it. One of the benefits of the
national lists.

I was not aware of WKBF format change. The only other
station I've ever heard on 1270 was WDLA in Waterton
New York on 8/14/03 the date of the huge blackout.

I'll go ahead and enter this in my log book, probably
as #401. Thank you again for all your help.
