Lots of Spanish speaking stns are abusive of the FCC night rules. Do they
think no one in the FCC speaks Spanish ? A couple seasons ago, I managed to
dig KRXR out of the mess with SS KCZZ/others on a superb high band night to
the west, so here's a case where this "cheating: presented a DX opportunity,
but they must really ruin 1480 out in the NW 1/4 of our country.
