[IRCA] HD off Eastern beverage

Tonight with the higher A & K, I am not getting much HD hash off the
Eastern beverage. Noted 800-810-820 (Medium, not blocking 800 or 820),
1150-1160-1170, KSL's HD is fairly strong, but weaker than the past few
nights, and 1180-1190-1200 normal  HD hiss with KEX 75 miles away. No
hiss noted on KFBK, so they must have really turned it down. Now, if all
of the IBOCers would do that, I would be be concerned.  All other HD
hiss is low on other channels like the 900-910-920 and 1130-1140-1150,
etc as they are low power or have patterns away from here. 640-650-660
is also weak.
