[IRCA] KDKA-1020 on 35 kw reduced power

Was this on the list & I missed it? KDKA is operating on reduced power (35
kw day & nite) due to "problems with their antenna system," according to FCC
correspondence. KDKA is only 50 miles N of me, & they had become weak and
noisy, easily trashed at sunset by 860-watt critical hours WIBG. Anybody
know what KDAA's problem is, specifically? Here is the letter:
