[IRCA] TV Translators OT

With the discussion the other day on digital TV, I called KOIN TV
Portland and asked when they were going to convert the translators to
dignal. The CE said, he had no clue, but it will be after the conversion
of the high power TV. That will be in Feb 09. There is no time frame for
translators, as Scott had said. So it looks like the Oregon coast will
be without over the air digital for sometime.
All of the TV stations (2,6,8,10, & 12) that are on translators will
probably convert at the same time. They will all stay on the translator
channels they are now on. The CE also said the pix quality should be
better.
