[IRCA] SEP 17 TA Survey

Seems like IBOC is missing on a number of channels tonight, but where it is
it's bad.
No much TA action during a single scan of the band. Audio on 567, 693, 837
and 1134. 1134 is getting slammed by IBOC, but it's strong enough to be
heard.
