[IRCA] West Loop less splash from Cali

Pat,

I have noticed the loop (similar to Walt's) that is aimed West,  has helped with interference (splash) from Portland and California stations to the South.  It also seems to pick up less noise than the ewe.
The gain is less than the ewe, but less splash is nice.
