Dennis,
KNRO broadcasts San Francisco Giants games. During play-by-play, there is often long pauses between pitches/plays that yields opprortunities if KHPY timing is right. Giants broadcasters do not get paid by the word, so you might have a decent chance during a night game. KHPY also gives very clear and strong IDs, though they are done by a SS male voice for a SS audience, so look for the SS pronunciations.

Bill,
I guess you were getting the opposite of me, KPHY 1670 on top, and a weak KNRO underneath. The antenna array that Paul listed must beam East at night to protect KNRO. At first I thought it was some station South of the border. Checking the IRCA Mexican log book and WRTH revealed nothing on 1670 South of the border. Thanks everyone for the help.
Will have to find a way to null KNRO to get an ID from KPHY. Might try two Kiwa loops in the backyard connected to the Quantium phaser.
