The first day of September brought poorer condition here.  It's 1305 and just a level 5 carrier on 1566 HLAZ.  Listen from 1145-1316 ut.

153             Russia, Radio Rossii very weak music at 1218.

189             Russia, Radio Rossii music at 1155, weak.

774             Japan, JOUB weak at 1207, fair at 1237.

828             Japan, JOBB weak at 1240. Fair 1316.
