Condtions seem on the improve this morning.  Listened from 1140-1320 ut.


180          Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1140.

279          Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1140 with piano music.

774          Japan, JOUB weak at 1215.

1566        Republic of  Korea, weak at 1135.

1575        Thailand, VOA weak at 1216 with Asian language.

1593        China, CNR 1 weak at 1257 //5030 sounded like other Asian
                language station underneath?
