[IRCA] early TP DX 29 Aug

Don't know if this is a precursor of good DX at sunrise, or whether 
this is the real opening this morning....but, at 1130-1140UT, good 
audio being heard on 1566 (CC talk), 774 (EE lessons)

occasional audio, battling with the splatter:  747, 828, 1287, 1575 
(and 279, just weak clear audio w/jazz)

good carriers: 1503, 1386, 1278, 1125, 1107 (hum), 738 DU, 693
