[IRCA] TAs for 8-23-07

Checked the 9 hz splits and heard a few carriers.  The strongest being 1386 with a level 5 carrier.  Time listened 0355-0438 ut.  Aimed the Ewe in the NE direction.  With the A & K indices at 0, thought I give it a try.
