[IRCA] moisture proofing boxes

Pat,

Followed your led and put my transformer into a small metal electrical box.  By switching to the metal box from the small plastic food container a few signals dropped 4 S units. Most stations dropped 1 or 2 S units. This test was done by using the coax connected to the old plastic container and the new metal box.   Hopes this helps with the splatter here from the domestic stations while dxing the 9 hz splits.  When taking the parts out of the plastic container there was about 1/2 once of water inside.
