[IRCA] Spanish on 1360 kHz?

Hello,
What are the call letters for the Spanish broadcaster on 1360?  I have only heard one station on 1360 and its KUIK in Hillsboro, OR.  Checked the last 25 editions of "Western DX Roundup" and the SS on 1360 was referred to as a pest, but no call letters listed.  Thanks for the help.
