153          Russia, Radio Rossii fair at 1138 with man in Russian.

774          Japan, JOUB very weak with pips at 1200.  Weak audio
                at 1254 with man in Japanese.

1566        Republic of Korea, HLAZ weak at 1208 with man in Asian 
                language.
