[IRCA] KGA as a Top 40 station

Here is an interesting story about KGA and about its nighttime coverage 
area. This is part of the story when it changed format from its popular 
top 40 programing. The audio quality is not the best, and I am not sure 
where the reception was made, but you can hear a station underneath a 
few times. Listen to the clip to hear what the DJs did about it.
