Good Morning,

Conditions were not very good until about 20 minutes before sunrise.  Carriers started coming in from frequencies that were vacant minutes earlier.  Only 3 station with audio.  Listened from 1154-1255 ut.



153               Russia, Radio Rossii fair at 1154 with man in RR and 5
                     at 1200.

279               Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1205 with man in RR.

774  JOAB   Japan, JOAB weak with man in Japanese at 1231.
