Art,

Probably so. Both Army and Air Force use AXXXX callsigns. Where the
breakpoint between their allocations is, I don't know.

The sea services (USN, USMC and USCG) use NXXXX.

Everyone else seems to use WXXXX or KXXXX. Even CIA gets callsigns.

CBers don't git NO callsigns.
