Paul -- I was under the impression that the  IRCA was a club for persons that enjoy the hobby of Dxing.  Am I in the wrong place ???    I have been in the broadcast and radio business for over 40 years.  I have even built and owned a few broadcast stations.   The radio spectrum is a natural resouce.   It -- like clean air,  trees and forests are all limited in number.   Broadcasters will never "own" the radiowaves.
