[IRCA] QSL Report

Radio France - In response to my report on one of the 
R. France BCB stations, I received a thick envelope 
from RFI w/ frequency skeds, 3 stickers, several 
infosheets and a fill-in-the-blank reception report 
form, but no QSL.  There was, though, an enclosed 
letter from Barbara Guidice - an Editor w/ the 
English service thanking me for writing, but stating 
that they receive too much mail to answer every 
letter individually.  Jeez - the time taken and 
expense of what they sent had to have been more than 
filling out a simple QSL card and popping it back in 
the mail to me!  (JDS-AL)
