[IRCA] Possilbe TA's on 1540 and 1521

TA's can be heard at any time of year, Willis.  A few DXers here in New England, Mark Connelly, Bruce Conti, and Roy Barstow, have heard many TA's this summer.  Your het against 1520 was most likely from Saudi-1521 and your het aginst 1540 could have been from Germany-1539 or Spain-1539.
