[IRCA] DX tip (for WDXR)

1500     WA, Ft. Lewis, just for a lark, I thought I would try for this
lp TIS once again, as I have not heard it since I heard it the first
time. There it was at 2135 EDT 7/20, fading up and down. Quite clear at
times with ID as the Fort Lewis Information Station, gave phone numbers
for more info. The only antenna I can hear it on as before is the SW
EWE. On 1500, it must have a lobe to the NE. Strange, considering this
station hardly covers Ft. Lewis.  (PM-OR)
