If that was a true second harmonic and not something
generated in the radio, and my Ranger's radio will do
that, then they are illegal and have a very serious
problem somewhere.  WKDK years ago on the 250 watt
Raytheon got a notice from a Milwaukee ( ??) area FCC
for a 11th or 12th harmonic.
