[IRCA] NE Oregon, Thursday morning Pacifics

Despite heavy static on LF from a local storm, MW was doing fairly well this 
Thursday morning.
1116 4BC, AUS doing the best, with numerous fadeups to decent level, 
1120-1220 utc. 828 with a brief fadeup had weak Aussie talk, 1224 utc. 
Others with poor audio: 594, 612, 738, 774, 855, 891. Hets on all the other 
9kc lower MW freqs for awhile too.
1737 KUT, PNG beacon weak at 1213 utc.
