[IRCA] 1660 + 1640 TIS SIGNALS

The WPGW694 Redmond (WQGW694 as per the FCC list) signal on 1660 is
not coming from Redmond. The City of Redmond tested the transmitter
out in Redmond for a week in June. The transmitter is now back in
either in Tukwila or SeaTac where it is being tested by the
manufacturer (my guess is Tukwila). They are continuing to use the
same audio. The person I spoke with did not know the name of the
company and also indicated it will ultimately end up on 1650 in Redmond.
The 1640 signal I heard with music is Auburn Community Radio and is a
Part 15 station. Some of the safety-related audio tracks are lifted
from the city's cable channel. The lady I spoke with did not know the
power and was not with the city when it switched from 1500.
Does anyone out there in IRCAland know of companies in either Tukwila
or SeaTac which make low power transmitters?
