Willis,

WXVI 1600 used to be very common off the Eastern beverage some 20 years
ago. At times they had an amazing signal mixing with St. Louis KATZ. I
still hear KATZ at times, but I have not heard WXVI for a long time. It
sounds like their format is close to what it was when I heard it. I had
a time getting a QSL out of them, but finally did. Ah, the good ol'
days.
