I'd add the Aussies on 1116 891 & 792 and the NZ stations on 1503 1035
and 756 to what Nick and Patrick said.
It would also be worthwhile to looks for Hawaiians. Those most likely
to make it through the mainland QRM include 550 650 670 720 760 830 990
& 1500.
