[IRCA] Pat'S Delay

Hello Pat in Denver,Bill in Victoria. There is always
a few hours between send time and site entry time.I've
managed to get my post on at the top of the list
(#1)several times by sending out late at night and
seeing it first thing in the morning. Other times it
doesn't show up until a day later.Try that and see
