[IRCA] UNID True Oldies 1160 update

In checking the three oldies stations on 1160 on the web, KHPP IA comes
up with the only one called "True Oldies Channel" which was the main
slogan I heard. IA is closer and cx are not great tonight, so very
likely it is KHPP "K-HOP"
