[IRCA] Good Local Day Time AM Stations

I think WIOO 1000 Carlisle Pennsylvania does a pretty good 
job of serving the community.  Up until a few months ago, 
everything was live and local.  In recent months though, they 
have put in an automation system and I don't want to think 
what's to come.

WHYL 960 also in Carlisle Pennsylvania does a pretty good job 
from 6:00 to 10:00 A.M. but they have twenty-two watts at 
night so not a day time only.
