[IRCA] Copper/Radials

In watching the Fox2 news from Detroit tonight, in two cases theves
tried to steal powerlines! One guy got elecuted and in the other case
another guy feel from a ladder and hospitized. How stupid can crooks be?
I would think that stations should bury their radials. If nothing else
to protect them from theves.
