Surely PSSA is not timed from actual local sunset but from `legal FCC sunset`,
rounded off to the nearest quarter-hour at the court house of the city of
license, at the middle of each month and changing only once a month. PSRA
starts at 6:00 am local, no matter what, right? 73, Glenn Hauser
