[IRCA] KKAG Back On the Air

Noticed KKAG, Fargo (740) on the air this AM.  Putting a very strong 
signal into Grand Rapids (~175 miles east of Fargo).  Seem to be 
playing almost uninterrupted C&W mx with an occasional station ID. -
