1610    WNBR326 NC      Raleigh (Raleigh/Durham International Airport). 
5/25 at 1907.
                         Hard-to-copy soft, female voice mixed with 
another, NOAA
                         relaying TIS. Got lucky as I copied "This is 
station WNBR-
                         326, AM 16-10....are located in the.....$1 per 
hour, or $24
                         per day...." Poor to fair. Whole mix was about S-4.
