[IRCA] (resend) DX logging WQVB479-1610 Rocky Mount, NC


I DETEST justification going to pot on my DX reports! Just to see how it 
turns out
this time and to give Leo Freshwater something better to work with ??


1610   WQVB479  NC    Rocky Mount, Edgecombe Co. 5/18 @1330. Heard constant
                           relay of NWS station Rocky Mount, without any 
TIS ID. FCC
                           lists this as Edgecombe County Emergency Management.
                           Rocky Mount straddles Edgecombe & Nash Counties.
                           60% intelligible. S-3 w/QRM from OC and other 
(apparent)
                           TISs.  (CAT-NC)

    Hinta on 205 ? , supistettu versio 2.5-55 MHz maksaa 180 ? . Laitetta voi käyttää ainakin ilmaisella Winrad-ohjelmistolla. Toki jonkin verran kaistaakin voi nauhoittaa: 96 kHz ja 24 bitin äänikortilla 192 kHz eli sama kuin SDR-IQ:lla (signaalin digitointi tapahtuu tietokoneen äänikortissa). 
    Testituloksia nähdään varmaan ensi kuussa.
