Yes, KOHI is 24 hours a day now.  They run "Talk Star Radio Network" & "Accent Radio Network" programs.  I'm not sure how the St. Helens coverage is with 12.5 watts, but the signal is buried across the river where I live by Blaine & Eugene.  KOHI has a "Listen LIve" at their web-site.  Some night I'll drive over to St. Helens and check out the coverage.
