[IRCA] DX logging: WESR-1330 Onley, Virginia

1330  WESR   VA  Onley-Onancock: 5/6 @ 0910. Heard with
                  promos for programs later today (or so
                  it sounded), and then an emphatic "On
                  Thirteen-Thirty, W E S R." Poor with
                  much QRM from WBTM VA and others. Semi-
                  local WANG, Havelock back off again.
                  Used to hear WESR often 1986 - 2001,
                  now it's unusual. (CAT-NC)
