Here's the experienced definition of RF shock..

It usually causes just a small burnt entrance spot on the skin, but once the
power reaches the moist subdermal areas it spreads out and causes injury in
a much wider area.  That often causes a burn to appear some days after the
original contact.  Unlike the jolting you get from a 110v AC zap, RF often
feels like hitting a red hot iron poker.  Been there, done that, got the
scars.  Nothing serious, but damned uncomfortable.
