*** The PSSA powers were mostly not documented in FCC public records,
and so therefore wouldn't appear in the NRC Log unless someone had
firsthand knowledge of the info or those rare instances where the info
was in the database.
I am usually inclined to presume that a station heard within an hour
after LSS ( up to two hours in Dec/Jan ) is likely operating on a PSSA,
the maximum power of which would be 500 watts, simply because of the
lack of documentation.
