Back in the mid 90's,  I visited a home was at the top of a ridge in El Sobrante, CA. A cell phone company connected their cell antennas to his wooden deck and they did a good job hiding the equipment.  He was paid $200.00 a month and received 2 cell phones with unlimited usage. This was back when the cell phones were analog.
