Bill,

Conditions were off here today.  Radio Rossii long-wave stations have been heard most mornings. 279 is uusally the strong station here, but this morning it was 153 followed by a weak 189.  Only a weak carrier on 279.   Not as many MW carriers this morning.  VOA Thailand was in around 1239 with a fair signal.  I may be going to Grayland next Wednesday and Thursday.
